Do I need an external AI tool?
Not for the built-in workflows. Invoice scanning, address correction and payment reconciliation are part of the Prim.io experience. MCP serves a different purpose: connecting a compatible external AI application to supported Prim.io capabilities. Ask us about availability for your setup.
What does MCP mean?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It gives AI applications a standard way to connect to tools and data in other systems. See the Prim.io MCP page for more about the connection.
Does using business data stop AI from making mistakes?
No. Better source information helps, but an AI application can still misunderstand a question or draw the wrong conclusion. Check important outputs before using them to make a decision.
