Prim.io Release Notes: New ERP Features & Improvements v.26.10

See the latest improvements and features that will be available in the system with the upcoming Prim.io update, scheduled for the evening of 19 October 2026.
Its main focus is faster and more reliable work with shipping and warehouse processes. Waybills can now be created directly from Sales Orders and Transfers, and the picking and packing processes have been improved. The new version also includes optimizations in reports, printing and sending documents.
In brief: the four main changes
- One-click delivery. When you create a Sales Order or Transfer with delivery, the Waybill can be generated directly from the document. The courier form opens in a side panel, without leaving the current screen. For Sales Orders, the feature is enabled from “P&S” → “P&S settings” → “Sales Order types” with the “Generate delivery immediately” checkbox.
- Transfer dispatch. Transfers between warehouses can now be sent by courier the same way as Sales Orders. The Waybill can be created as soon as the Transfer is confirmed.
- Faster stock on hand report for a past date. Loading stock on hand as of a selected past date has been optimized and now takes only a few seconds.
- Documents in the customer's language. Documents use the same print layout and language whether they are printed, sent by email, generated in bulk or submitted to a marketplace. You can also set a custom document title for each language, for example “Tax invoice”, “Handover report”, “Goods Receipt Note”, etc.

You can also set a custom document title for each language, for example “Tax invoice”, “Record of Handover”, “Goods Receipt Note” and so on.
Sales, delivery and fulfillment
“Order fulfillment” is now called “Fulfillment”
When you open “Fulfillment”, you first choose which documents you will process — Sales Orders or Stock Transfers. With Sales Orders, the workflow stays the same. With Stock Transfers, the system hides the filters that apply only to Sales Orders.
Waybill directly on document confirmation
When you create a Sales Order or a Stock Transfer with delivery, the Waybill can be generated together with the document via the “Confirm” button. The courier form opens in a side panel, and the mandatory fields are checked before saving.
If the courier rejects the shipment, the Sales Order or Stock Transfer is still saved. The Waybill can be completed later from “Fulfillment”.
For Sales Orders, the feature is enabled from “P&S” → “P&S settings” → “Sales Order types” with the “The delivery is generated immediately” checkbox. It is off by default, so the way you work will not change until you enable it.

Stock Transfer with delivery
When creating a Stock Transfer, you can now specify a delivery method and address. Once it is confirmed, a Dispatch Order, a Waybill or a Goods Issue can be created.
The recipient details are filled in automatically: the company and the Representative of the receiving warehouse.
Shipments to external warehouses (3PL)
Shipments to external warehouses and 3PL operators are now created as a “Waybill”, just like courier shipments. The change applies to InOut, Metrica, 2660 Express, MetaKocka, BigArena, NextLevel, ShipBob, ShipHero and StedoSoft.
The goods are issued by the respective operator, so such a shipment is not packed on your side.
All documents with delivery in the Waybills list
The “Waybills” list now shows all documents with delivery, including Stock Transfers sent by courier. A new “Document type” filter has also been added to help you tell the documents apart.
Delivery date
The “Delivery date” field is now filled with the actual date on which the courier delivered the shipment. Previously, it held the date on which the system ran the check.
Tracking shipments with multiple packages
For shipments with multiple packages, Prim.io now records the numbers of all packages, not only the first one. The document can be found by the number of any of them.
This is supported for Speedy, BoxNow, Evropat, eMAG Courier and ACS.
Bulk creation of Waybills
Bulk creation of Waybills now applies the same courier settings that are used when creating a single Waybill. The change applies to DPD, Econt, InOut, Metrica, BigArena and the other supported integrations.
Correct COD calculation
For a Sales Order with several Waybills, the delivery cost and other services are now included in the COD amount only once. Previously, with some courier integrations, these amounts were added to every Waybill.
When a discount voucher is used in the Sales Order, its value is also deducted from the COD only once for the whole Sales Order.
Courier payment for multiple shipments
When a Sales Order is sent with several Waybills and each shipment has its own Invoice, delivery automatically pays only the Invoice for that shipment. Previously, delivering the first shipment could mark all related Invoices as paid.
Address filled in from a contract
When you select a contract in a Sales Order, Lease or Consignment, the address is filled in automatically from that contract.
Changes in Offers
In the Offer details, the button under “Sales Order” is now called “Change result”. In the filter, “Status” and “Result” are now two separate fields, placed one below the other.
Reversing a wrong POS terminal payment
When you reverse a Sales Order paid by card, the bank payment and its related counter-movement are cancelled automatically. This way, no movements remain on the bank account for payments that never actually reached the bank.
Warehouse and logistics
Packing always creates a Goods Issue
The “Issue goods” checkbox has been removed from Packing. On “Confirm”, the Goods Issue is created automatically. If the Item is stored in several places in the warehouse, the system asks you to choose where to take the quantity from. Your choice is remembered and suggested again next time.
Packing without scanning the batch
In warehouses with the “Automatic store-out of batch” setting enabled, it is now enough to scan the Item code. The right batch is filled in automatically when the Goods Issue is created.
If your workflow requires the batch to be scanned or selected by an operator, you can enable the “Manual Batch selection” setting.
Picking no longer removes the Sales Order reservation
The Picking list now reserves only the quantities that have not been picked yet. The Sales Order reservation stays active. Previously, deleting a Picking list could release goods that could then be sold again.
More documents in “Picking” and “Packing”
“Picking” now also shows Waybills and Dispatch Orders, including Lease and Consignment documents. Packing also recognizes completed picking when the Waybill was created from a Stock Transfer.
Reservation of quantities on Dispatch Orders
Dispatch Orders now reserve stock the same way as Waybills. A “Reservation of quantities” checkbox has been added for this, enabled by default.
Changes in the “Stock on hand” report
The “Outgoing” column now shows only the unreserved quantity. Previously, it showed the dispatched quantities. “Balance” now also deducts the reserved quantity.
The “Additional UM” option no longer hides Items without such a unit. When an Item has an additional unit of measure, quantities are shown in it.
“Additional UM” and “Unsorted only” have been moved to the report filter.
Employee selection on Internal Use Dispatch
The “To” field on an Internal Use Dispatch is now mandatory. You must select an Employee in it.
Issuing Items with serial numbers or batches
In logistics operations such as a Stock Transfer or an Internal Use Dispatch, you can now tick the serial numbers or batches directly from the Item line. After you select them, the line is split automatically.
Changes in Physical Inventory
Each line in the Physical Inventory now shows a new pencil icon. In a warehouse with sub-warehouses or locations, it opens the breakdown by place.
Faster confirmation of warehouse documents with a past date
The stock check when confirming warehouse documents with a past date has been optimized. For a Goods Issue with 431 lines, it now takes under a second instead of about 45 seconds.
New “Completed packings” menu
A “Completed packings” menu has been added under “Logistics” → “Fulfillment”, organized like the other document lists. The Packing details open to the right of the list. An “Items” view and a filter by Item have also been added. The period is based on the packing date.
“Previous operation” column
A “Previous operation” column has been added to the “Goods Issues”, “Goods Receipts” and “Waybills” lists. It shows which document started the chain of operations, for example a Sales Order, a Purchase Order or a Stock Transfer. You can turn it on from the column selection.
Production and reports
New weight columns
A “Gross weight, kg” column has been added to “Finished products” and “Used Materials Report”. “Total weight” and “Gross weight” columns have been added to “Expenditure with materials”.
The weight is calculated from the gross weight set in the Item details.
Financial documents in the Sales Order and Purchase Order lists
A “Financial documents” checkbox has been added to the column selection in “Sales Orders” and “Purchase Orders”. When you turn it on, you see the numbers of the Invoices and the other financial documents linked to the Sales Order or Purchase Order.
New filters and columns in the Chronological Ledger
“From type” and “To type” fields have been added to the “Chronological Ledger” filter. They let you filter by type: office, warehouse, partner, cash account, bank account and others. New “From” and “To” columns have also been added.
Sales Orders in the NRA file
In the online store file for the NRA (Bulgarian National Revenue Agency), each Sales Order is now included only once for the month, even when it has several Invoices or Reversals. Previously, the NRA flagged such orders as duplicates.
Report optimization
The “Sales Orders”, “Purchase Orders”, “Invoices” and “Revenues/Expenses” reports have been optimized.
Documents, printing and emails
Same print layout and language for documents
Documents now use the same print layout and language whether they are printed, emailed, generated in bulk or submitted to a marketplace.
The manually selected print layout is used. If there is none, the partner’s print layout applies. When emailing, if the partner has no print layout either, the one from the settings for the partner’s country is used.
The document language is determined by the country of the recipient’s delivery address. The interface language no longer determines the document language.
Custom document title on print
You can now set a custom document title for each language. For example, instead of the standard “INVOICE”, the print can show “Tax invoice”.
The setting is in “Documents management” → “Print layouts” tab. If the field is left empty, the document is printed with its standard title.
[Screenshot placeholder: setting a custom title in the “Print layouts” tab]
Emails to the customer in their language
Emails to the customer are now sent in their language, based on their country.
Events that send an email
If the email is not sent, the event is not saved and the system shows the error. Previously, the event stayed marked as done even though the email had not been sent.
Zero-price lines in an Expense Invoice from a Goods Receipt
When you create an Invoice from a Goods Receipt, lines with a zero price are now included as well, including gift and free Items.
Correcting existing brands via Excel
Importing brands from Excel now also lets you correct existing brands. For bulk changes, you can export the data, edit it in Excel and import it again.
AI recognition of Expense Invoices with a discount
When AI recognizes an Expense Invoice that shows the price after discount, the document is now imported with the correct amount.
Interface
One way to open details
Details now open the same way from every list in the system. On a computer or tablet, the details appear to the right of the list; on a phone, in a separate window.
The main action icon stays visible
When you scroll a wide table to the right, the icon for opening the details or editing stays visible at the right edge.
Moving the notification bell
The notification bell can now be moved left and right along the bottom edge of the screen.
Name of the partner column
The partner column now uses the same name as the matching filter field. In “Purchase Orders” it is shown as “Supplier”, and in “Sales Orders” as “Client”.
Changes in the Catalogue
In the catalogue within Sales Orders and in “P&S” → “Catalogue”, prices are now shown in the currency set in your profile. The Item card has an updated layout and also shows the stock on hand.
Drop-down fields work correctly
Fields with a drop-down list now work the same way as all other fields. If a mandatory field is left empty, saving is stopped. A value that has already been loaded no longer disappears.
Fixes
Stronger filter protection
Protection of the filters in lists has been strengthened. Filters now accept only a date, a number or search text.
Faster saving of a new Item
Saving a new Item in the system is now faster.
Column changes in the Waybills list
In the “Waybills” list, turning on the “Number of items” column now works correctly. “Weight” and “Volume” are now two separate columns.
What to know when upgrading
Permissions for shipments to 3PL operators
Users who create shipments to 3PL operators now need the “Waybill” permission. Previously, these shipments required the “Dispatch Order” permission.
Employee selection on Internal Use Dispatch
When creating an Internal Use Dispatch, you now need to select an Employee in the “To” field.
“Financial documents” checkbox in “Fulfillment”
“Order fulfillment” is now called “Fulfillment”. The “Financial document” checkbox in this menu has been renamed to “Financial documents”. If you used this checkbox, you can turn it on again.
Column selection in “Image catalogue”
The first time you open “Image catalogue” after the update, the column selection returns to the default settings.
Stock on hand for a past date after the update
When you load the stock on hand report for a past date during the first 24 hours after the update, you may see the message “The stock journal copy is being updated…”.
Working with today’s stock is not affected.
Check your own delivery statuses
In the courier settings, the checkbox is called “Use own statuses”. If you have set up your own delivery statuses, check that it is turned on.
