The only additional costs associated with Prim are one time consulting services required during the initial system setup.

The idea behind shared implementation is to build the new system together with a key user from the client’s organization. This key user is trained on every feature of the platform alongside our consultant.

During the implementation period, which usually lasts between two and four weeks, the key user gains a complete understanding of how Prim works and is guided through every process in detail.

Prim eliminates these hardware expenses because all you need to use our ERP solution is a device with internet access. All data is stored securely in the cloud.

After the system is configured and operational, our team conducts a one time training session for all remaining system users completely free of charge, explaining every feature in detail.

The implementation itself serves as practical training for employees, and if additional guidance is required, we also offer paid advanced training sessions as well as free online training resources.
